All products are available while supplies last. Because many of our neckties are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that an item will remain in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Knotably Her reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances deemed necessary.
If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
Payments
Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout through our secure payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Knotably Her is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Knotably Her is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Knotably Her maintains a No Return Policy.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.
Requests submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
Product Care
To preserve the beauty and quality of your Knotably Her necktie, please follow any care instructions provided with your purchase. Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
